After getting an engineering degree in agronomy at AgroParisTech, Paul Colonna has started his career into food science, particularly on biopolymers, followed by a broadening to green chemistry of Renewable Carbon, using green and white biotechnologies in the last decade.
His expertise is now recognized worldwide through its 130 publications and 26 books published as well as its participation in major scientific congresses international, leading to be elected Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science & Technology (IAFoST). Paul Colonna teached Sustainable Development as Professor Sustainable Development – Environment, Energy and Society in Collège de France (Paris). 2011 – 2012. (www.college-de-france.fr/)
